How to Setup Your Store

Welcome! This guide will walk you through setting up your creator store on GreatCreators.ca, adding products, receiving payments, and tracking results.

1) Log In and Open Your Creator Dashboard

1. Go to https://greatcreators.ca/ 

2. Click Login / Join 

3. Log in to your account 

4. Open your Creator Dashboard 

When you’re in the right place, you will see menu options like: Dashboard | Products | Orders | Promote | Advertise | Add Event | Request Payment | Settings | Store | Payment | Reports

2) Set Up Your Store Profile (Store Page Details)

1. In your Creator Dashboard, click Store 

2. Complete your store details (as available), such as: 

○ Store Name ○ Store Description / Bio ○ Store Logo / Profile Photo ○ Store Banner Image 

3. Click Save / Update 

Tip: A clear store name and a short description helps customers understand what you create and what they’ll find in your shop. 

3) Set Up Payment Details (So You Can Get Paid)

1. In your Creator Dashboard, click Payment 

2. Enter the email address where you want your payments to be sent 

3. Click Save / Update 

This step is important—your payment details must be set before you can receive payouts.

4) Add Your First Product

1. Click Products 

2. Click Add New Product 

3. Enter your product information, including: ○ Product title ○ Price ○ Description 

       A) Attributes (eg colour, # of pages, material, oil on canvass etc. – These do not affect price)

       B) Option (eg size for prints prices for each. Ebook – $9.95, SoftCover $29.95 Audio book $14.95 ) These items can not be combined. So if you want to list a softcover book and a softcover that is signed with the signed copy costing an addition $5 you need to list them separately. EG Softcover 29.95, and Softcover signed $34.95 

○ Product image – Upload an image

4. Click Save / Submit / Publish 

You can return anytime to add more products.

5) View and Manage Orders

When customers purchase from your store: Orders for physical products will be emailed to you. Fill the orders and mark the order complete when finished. Virtual product orders (ebooks) are filled automatically. 

1. Click Orders 

2. Review new orders and order status – update status as needed

6) Promote Your Store (Optional)

To share your products and increase visibility: 

1. Click Promote 

2. Use the available tools or links to promote your store, your products and increase your royalties

7) Advertise Your Products (Optional)

1. Click Advertise 

2. Follow the steps shown to track your results when using paid promotions on Social Media and Google.

8) Add an Event (Optional)

If you are hosting a reading, performance, launch, or public event: 

1. Click Add Event 

2. Enter your event details 

3. Save your event

9) Request Payment (Withdraw Your Earnings)

When you have earnings available: 

1. Click Request Payment 

2. Follow the instructions shown to request a payout

10) Track Performance and Sales Reports

To view your sales and performance: 

1. Click Reports 

2. Use the Date range filter (example: Month to date) 

3. Review key results such as Total Sales
